The original document must be signed in front of a notary public and must contain original signatures. A notary public cannot make a true copy statement in the State of Michigan.
Diplomas and transcripts: (1) Have your school registrar certify to the record in the presence of a Notary. (2) The Notary Public will then notarize the signature of the school registrar.
