How do you prepare a high school, college, university diploma, a transcript, a verification letter for foreign use?

Contact your school and request a certified notarized copy of your school record. This document needs to be signed by a school official (original signature), and his/her signature must be notarized.

Option 2:

In the State of Florida notaries public are allowed by law to attest to copies of the documents. If the country of intended use would agree to accept notarized copies, take your original documents to a Florida notary and ask for notarized copies. The notary should use the notarial statement basically of the following form:
